My happiest memory is when I flew to another country by myself for the first time as an adult (back in 2015) and was a visitor in a part of this world that I did not speak the language verbally, but, food is language and connected with the chefs, locals and people there by sharing smiles and helping each other. Even though I was out of my own "comforts", I felt comfortable and grateful for being there and finding ways to connect with them and them with me even if we are from different parts of this Earth; we still came together and I still cherish that deeply.
