I am replaying Metroid Prime 2 on hard mode at the moment. Hard mode kicks ass. It is really the best way to play the Prime games, I wish you didn't have to play normal first to unlock it, but I guess that adds some incentive to replay. Though I'd rather start with hard and get very hard. Anyway, hard mode is well... hard. I really feel the tension moving through the worlds a lot more this way.
I have a feeling this game will be like Majora's Mask for the N64... one of the best games that no one played. Years from now people will go back to check it out and realize they missed out on something great, though by then there will be Metroid Prime 217 or whatever so maybe it won't be such a big deal anymore.
The bogs and the underwater reactor and the sanctuary fortress... omg. Best video game environments, EVAR.
