So the past weekend was hella stressful at times but went incredibly well. If not for my oh so lovely and faithful assistant Lyric I would have surely crashed and burned. Thanks hunners .

I have heard wedding photography described as being akin to juggling chainsaws...like soldiers that have seen combat, until you shoot one you have no idea. Shit always goes at the most inopportune times...like when the bride arrives at the chapel *cough*. At various times throughout the day you have to be a psychologist, a diplomat, a drill sergeant, a sniper, a weatherman, and oh yeah a photographer all rolled into one guy in a cheap suit. Luckily the family, though plagued with all the baggage that families ALWAYS come with, pulled it together for the couple and made my job a lot easier. I had a fucking blast and so far the photos are looking pretty damn good if I do say so myself.



All the madness aside, Lyric and I got to spend Mother's Day with her son...he was amazing...see for yourself...



Can't wait to spend more time with the lil bugger.

Hope all is well with everyone...there just aren't enough hours in the day are there?
