Sheesh what a week. I am not built for that kind of heat. Thank god for AC or I would have died. I was good though and stuck with my new training regime and when it said I had to run and it was 106 out.... I still ran. About died but I ran. 
My assistant and work had to go in for emergency surgery. Really sucks for her. Really sucks for me to since I have to cover all of her work and I am not really sure how to do it all. Just a lame week all around. Glad it will be over soon.
Tomorrow to the coast for the day, Sunday a BBQ with some old college friends. Try to get some rest and relaxation in somewhere.
This was one of my favorite books a few years back. I am not sure how they will pull this off, the trailer looks all happy and fluffy but there was a lot of darkness in this book so not sure how they will do that. This is not "You've Got Mail" romantic comedy material. We shall see.
