Well let's see what is going on. Next week is Hell Week ... otherwise known as my oncall week. Sigh. Just hunker down and try to survive. 
Had a bunch of friends and family over on Saturday for some college football and bbq. Funny thing is not as many showed as I thought so the people who brough items brought waaay more than we needed. I have enough beer/chips/soda to last me for months. Tried to send it back home with them but nobody was taking. Oh well.
Hung out with a couple friend who have been in town from out of town. Nothing too exciting. Checked out a new restaurant on Alberta st and was able to go out for drinks to Eleni's in the Pearl.
Might have a chance to go back to work for ConWay Transportation. Not really my dream job of the jump I want to make but it is a interesting chance for change. It is the company we were split off from when we were acquired by UPS. If I could be re instated to the Pension with my years of service intact and also my vacation time intact it could be good. The bonuses are pretty damn good there too... I think about 24% of your salary. Mine currently is like 15%. That would be a nice boost for a year or so. Could be a big opportunity for me. Short term at least.
