FINALLY!
So about 18 months ago I bought this wireless router from a buddy at work who just bought a new one. I figured it was good enough for what I needed and set about setting it up.
First of all it did not like my DSL. God knows why but I could not get the two of them to play well together for anything.
When I switched to cable I gave it another try. Well I could surf the web, recieve email... but every time I tried to send email Outlook would crap out and nothing would send. I searched message boards, MS support, Network Engineers I know... I fiddled with it for about 2 months then gave up. SHeesh... what a pain.
Well yesterday just decided I would try again but went out and bought a new wireless router.... and WOOO HOOO!! After only about 2 hours it is all setup and configured. Wireless throughout my little new home. I figured the old router was old enough that something in the firmware was not playing well with the cable modem.
Hopefully now I get the new job with the fancy new laptop and I can utilize the freedom of the wireless and work on my back porch!! It is a work from home job with travel.
Today off to the Zoo! Fun!

why thankye. went to a club last night in that. it was fun. i didn't get hit on, but i felt good.

haha. my friend said i should have just gone up to guys and said "so when are you going to buy me a drink" but i'm shy. some people seemed like they were looking, but, nope, no hitting on me. i'm apparently really unapproachable. we went to this newish place down town called Pala. they play techno and have tvs showing the fashion network. it's funny. but the dj is fucking incredible.
