I am quite brain-dead right now.

Tip of the day: apparently if you suffer from allergies (ie hayfever) it could be linked to a less than happening digestive system and so it can be beneficial to take acidopholous. Yeah.
That's about all I can really remember about today...........and something about grated beetroot.
