Hello!!

Thank you to everyone who comiserated with my misfortune of yesterday.
It made me feel at least a bit better knowing that you all acknowledged the suckfullness of our BDO tickets thievery!

However..............

I was blessed by a wonderful friend who not only insisted I have his ticket, but who delivered it to me in person and even drove me to Central so I wouldn't miss Wolfmother biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin

So I went!!

Cinderella made it to the Ball after all!! tongue

I wanted to cry and scream with joy all at once!

I enjoyed seeing :Wolfmother, Touretts, Beasts Of Bourbon, Franz Ferdinand, Iggy + Stooges and...!!!!! THE WHITE STRIPES!! love love love love love love

Even better when I met up with PlatyPuz (+Ian his flatmate) and had a rollicking good time grooving etc etc.

Needless to say I was and still am a very happy girl tongue

White Stripes were so awesome live--even better than i could ever dream!! I love them etc etc ad nauseum blah

Oh wow. That's fucking awesome. I would have done anything (yes, anything) to go see The White Stripes.

And Iggy Pop? Holy shit, that must have been an awesome show/performance/whatever...

I'm glad you did get to go after all, though. That shit sucked, from the day before. Sometimes things work out beautifully after all.
