um.... so i went to an awesome show lastnight. the bands were breath weapon, get rad, and baroness. breathweapon were all over the place musically i couldn't deal... then get rad played holy shit fastcore thrash with doomy & youthcrew breakdowns. songs like "i love my friends, my dudes rule" awesome! then baroness fucking took the cake and smashed it to smithereens, holy fuck these dudes just look like your average crust dudes but they played super rockin doomy crust metal sorta like mastodon mixed with iron maiden... so powerful and so tight you gotta check'em out live. thier cd doesn't do them justice it's decent but not as powerful...
i hung out with my home girl katie the other night. she is so sweet i can't help but be totally smitten by her. she lives on marthas vineyard and works as a massage therapist. i envy those rich fucks who can afford her... cause the massages i got from her prior to massage schooling were the best. i wish we'd hook up again but it'll prolly never happen. mainly hanging out with her made me feel like i really need to move to another city so i can find another girl worth dating...
i got a few job leads now i just gotta motivate myself to do shit.
