well the past week pretty much ruled the I Object show was sweet... after the show we all took over troy's house made food. arron play these awesome folk songs that were about eating but were dirty enough to be about sex at the sametime it was hilarious then came a song about shitting... what more could you want to see than a bunch of punk kids hangin out...
this week i started booking a tour for my friends band... it's sorta weird cause it's the first time i was the one asking for a show, usually i'm the one doing the show...
last night jesse and i went to milwaukee to see avskum from sweden, high on crime, no slogan, wings of scarlett and now a murderer. it was sort of a weird bill two metalcore bands with two crust band and one old school punk band... normally that would make for fighting but everyone was totally chill. it was good to see the metal core kids in a circle pit and and pauly from discider getting on the mic to say the metal core dancers were awesome... it was so nice to see a scene come together for a touring band from another country... i had so much fun, hart and velvet were there. my vegan sxe buddy jon raleigh was there running a book distro. caloline and robert were there too caroline is so sweet she gave me and jesse two books each out of her distro... jesse calls her mom cause she adopts cute little punk boys and girls... it was funny cause at the I Object show jesse just walked up to robert and said whats up dad? classic. next wed. i'll be in madison for the hellshock, wartorn, discider, murder of crows show at mierda verde... that is going to be fun... i'm meeting up with this cute vegan sxe girl i met on myspace for the show... we have so much in common i'm sorta smitten already... i can't wait...
