What's up, everyone? How's it going? Me? Well, I've got another week of school in the books and it was a big one.
We had our introduction to the radio studios this week. FINALLY!!! On day one, we learned the control board and all the equipment (mics, machines, etc). Days 2 and 3 consisted of the editing system, as taught to us by a long time employee of Clear Channel Entertainment. Pretty cool stuff. I got to do a test spot, then a UFC promo, and for fun a couple of my classmates and I cut a 30 second promo spot for our radio show which was an absolute instant classic. Everyone that's heard it so far LOVED it and we are very proud of it. I also got to put in my application for a spot on one of the school's internet radio staions. I hope to hear something soon! In the mean time, my partners-in-crime and I have been spending as much of our studio time as we can in studio F, which broadcasts locally on 91.7FM. Granted, the only people that can hear it are in the school parking lot, but it's still cool nonetheless. Anyways, with everything that's happened and all the positive feedback, I've been giddy all week long.
Aside from that, nothing too exciting to report. Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

Sounds like you love your girlfriend a bunch, just keep loving her and she'll feel the same way after 16 years together, too!

How's your girl doing? Good, I hope.
