This past Sunday, Sarah and I attended a service at the Buddha Vihara Midwest Buddhist Meditation Centre. They are Theravada Buddhist Monks from Thailand -- the chanting was beautiful, and the meditation instruction and Dharma talks were great. I've feel totally peaceful every since. It's a beautiful thing.

I, therefore, shall be attending as often as I can -- which is to say weekly at the very least. Sarah is planning on joining me as well.
