It is that time of year again... time for my birthday! I am not normally one who goes gun ho for their b-day but this year seems to be the exception... and you know what? IT ROCKS!
I got my first birthday present in the mail today from a great friend out in B.C. We've been online friends for a long time and she's been a great friend since day 1. No lie. She's the best. This is what was waiting on my doorstep tonight:


I love the Hellboy comic and the movies while not perfect are to me a great way to spend a couple of hours (I even enjoyed the two animated movies which rock as well).

So the rest of my week (and weekend) entails going out to dinner tomorrow night for my dad's birthday (he's 4 days before mine). Saturday night my good friend his wife and my fiance are going to the Portuguese section of Newark for Spanish food. I cannot wait. Then Sunday night my mom is making me ribs and a cake (not together obviously). Then on my actual birthday my parents are taking me out to lunch.
