So I've had a really good last few days off. I have to go to school today, but only for an hour and a half.
Thursday I went to Disney Studios in Burbank with a few people I work with. It was awesome. We walked around aimlessly for awhile until we found out that we were allowed to go anywhere as long as we stayed off the sound stages! Needless to say we had a nice time exploring the prop house, it was nuts. The trip was a bust though cause we actually went there so I could talk to people about getting a job and what not, and all anyone said was apply online! But I had a good time.
Friday I went to the inlaws and did laundry and got my eyes checked. I got a pair of contacts and am getting some awesome glasses, and hung out with the sister in law and her boyfriend. Good Stuff.
Saturday I went with Mnementh to help a coworker get a tool box (one of the big ones) to their work, then he changed my oil, and my truck got stuck on the lift for a little while. We thought we were going to have to leave it there till today when we could get a mechanic to get it down. It was pretty funny.
Yesterday we went on the SGLA hike and it was great. Max had a lot of fun and Mnementh didn't lie down once! Then we went and had breakfast at Magnolia which was very yummy, but for a bunch of starving SGLAer's the service was too slow (but the food made up for it, soooooo good ).
Afterwards Mnementh and I came home and napped, then we went out and got a mattress, I am soo happy we should get it in like 2 weeks and we got a fairly good deal.
Well I have to go shower, I got a bunch of stuff I have to do before I go to class. Have a good day every one!
