I'm depressed right now. Went to look at this great house today. 3 bedroom 1 bath, yeard, detached garage, white picket fence in front. Great living room, gas stove, doggie door. It was great. IT was a few different colors, and needed some work, but all in all a freakin great little house in a pretty good neighbor hood. We were one of the top 3 prosepective renters. We didn't get it because we would have had to give 30 days, and the people who got it can be in there next week! 
It was soo cute, a little craftsman that we could afford and everyone was happy with. I have to be at work tomorrow at 7:30am, so I think I'm just going to go to bed now, Oh and I put my baby up on ebay. Somebody giver her a good home!
