Haa haa, update time:
This week sucked because the Anaheim Hills were on fire for a few days and the smoke went right over my work, so it was raining ash for two days. The best part about this, I have asthma and don't do well at all when the air is crappy, and it sped up what ever little cold thing I was getting and turned it into a nasty monster (did you know, your sinuses can get so congested that your teeth will hurt?, Neither did I till yesterday). Anyways it's been a hard week for me, but today was the worst. I have chest pain all the time (my Dr. thinks it's muscular) no big deal. I don't like to make a fuss about it. But today I was having chest pain and I was light headed, which has never happened before, so I went to the health center and the nurses put me on oxygen and called the paramedics (they have to when you have chest pain) and they come and ask me questions and hook me up and poke and prod at me, then tell me it looks like it's the same thing that I always get, but they say I should go to the hospital. Well after Mnementh's somewhat recent trip to the ER for chest pain, I was not to keen on having to go to the hospital to get poked and proded and blood taken for them to tell me I'm fine and they couldn't find anything wrong. So I said no. The paramedics left and the nurse asked if I wanted to go home or if I thought I would be okay to go back to work, I said I thought I would be okay (my chest hadn't hurt for about 10 minutes (it was on and off pain) and being inside in the air conditioning had helped) and my ride was closed for an hour, so went to leave and on my way out the nurse was "you're going home, I cleared it with your managers" and I was like I was going to go back to work, and she was all" you're going home, have a good day" (insert forcefull smiley here). So then I went back to my ride to see if I could stay (my shift was already half over, and I could use the money), so I ask my lead if I could stay and she said "nope go home". Well it was nice to go home early (I only worked 3 1/2 of a 8 1/2 hour shift), but I felt stupid, cause I don't like to make a big deal outta stuff like that. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day.
Hope your week was better.!
