Today started out badly. I keep having problems with big things.. I got a lot of it straightened out though.

My bank account is fucked for a while... I'll get everything as fixed as possible tonight.. in an hour or so.

MySQL aparrently when compiled through the FreeBSD ports collection is compiled with libwrap.. which isn't 64bit compatible yet.. and this is a problem because my server is running amd64s... So, every time apache queries mysql it crashes the thread... causing all kinds of wonderful problems with php.. including but not limited to my rather colorful error messages. My superiors (hah ... superior) don't find them as humorous as I do...
Personally.. I think "The database server is fucked" is a good error message. Short and to the point.

I saw one of my old friends today, We used to talk a lot, we are (were) both Oboe players and she's started playing again... and I told her I've been thinking about it.. she wants to start playing together again. I think I'm going to pick it back up. I've been looking for a hobby and this should be good. I just hope that after 3 years I can catch on quickly again...
