Cardio is evil.. Unless it involves my punching bag or excerise bike. I got some free weights and one of those crossbow bowflex rip off things. Not to shabby as a dust collector I might add. I'm just usually not all that motovated after work to use any of them. So yeah.. getting back into shape would be a nice thing..
