so heres my fucking debaucle that is probably the end of my trounament career...

I busted my ass over the passed two months to train for the NAGA tournament down in Miam this passed weekend. I dropped 25 pounds 15 over the passed two weeks and weighed in at 175..I drove for 3 hours and got there at 0630 so I could weigh in immediately at 0800 and go and eat..I waited until 1600 to finally fight...and when I fought...I scared off to my opponent...grabbed a hold of him, he jumped to pull me into his guard and landed on my knee...it twisted to the side and I think he tore my LCL....so the fight ended after about two seconds...

on the other hand...the guys I went down there with did awesome, two of our guys won both of their divisions...one guy won his gi division..so all in all...our school did well..but I was dissapointed..... oh well such is life....

so here i st, ice on the lef watching t.v. and i have k9 tryout next week...if my leg is really urt, im gonna flip...
