I ran two miles today, for the first time since the beginning of the year..fuck that was stupid..my legs hurt so damned bad it ain't funny.. But! I have to get my fat lazy ass back into shape...

Cardio is evil.. Unless it involves my punching bag or excerise bike. I got some free weights and one of those crossbow bowflex rip off things. Not to shabby as a dust collector I might add. I'm just usually not all that motovated after work to use any of them. So yeah.. getting back into shape would be a nice thing..

As for this Friday. May end up being a last minute choice. The humidity has kicked me in the head and when I get migraines I'm not all that enjoyable to be around. But, if I am feeling better come tomorrow night. Count me in.
