the bbq contest was fun. lots of good cooks at the contest. grandson is growing like a weed. i'm sure he recognizes me. gotta go to a wedding next weekend - should be fun. band and open bar @ reception - w00t!

yeah I'm watching a football game with someone right now who was going to bet on the Colts and then decided against it. He's pretty miffed. He's also trying to teach me about betting on football games, I don't know anything about this spread crap and why it's like that. I can keep up with football games, let's not make it more difficult than it already it for me.

wow - this week has been going by fast. i really need to take the dog to run/swim. she's been neglected since the grandson arrived. we finally got some rain....and most of the severe storms bypassed us.

OK - who turned on the heat? i can't take my grandson for a stroll when it's 100. i gotta walk for rehab but i don't care to do it alone. my daughter and grandson came over yesterday....the dog was so so jealous....the cats just wanted to sniff - i think.
