ok i couldn't help it....since last weekends grillin' got rained out i thought i'd try again as baby back ribs were on sale....so in the morning i'll peel them and give 'em a good rubbin'....

i think my neighbor is peeping on us whenever we are in the hot tub...i put up a tarp - we'll see how that works.

well i was gonna grill then it started storming so i put the meat in the crockpot. then the power went out for about 4 hours - oh well. i hope everyone had a great weekend.

the grad party for my daughter turned out great....i won't try new recipes out on folks before i try them myself.
the potato salad could have been better.......the next big affair will be catered so i can spend more time with people and not time cooking. i must get a nitendo wii ......have a great week !

ok i have to go to the dentist thursday.....have i told you i don't like dentists or doctors or lawyers? also i got to get ready for the weekend....grad party for daughter plus my mother is coming and i feel the need to burn some meat !! hope you all have a great weekend !

the weekend is over......but vacation is coming up. the wife's vacation anyway. i would so love to be working and earning and scheduling a vacation.....oh well.....we're going to branson - my wife loves the place.

ok fyi - the local grocery chain is having a meat sale this weekend w00t w00t i am goning to burning beef soon.....i think i'll send the bride to buy a small freezer this weekend while my daughter and i plant some flowers and veggies. wednesday i have tons of errands to do so i'm gonna do fajitas in the crock pot !

i had a good weekend - had some bbq, drank some cold beer, took dogs to run and swim. my cat really missed me - she's been all over me since i got back, the wife - not so much. tonite on the menu - sloppy joes and french fries. tuesday = beef fajitas. wednesday = chicken something. have a great week !
