the weekend is here. i think i'll take my bride to a movie. also, i have to finish my christmas shopping - hopefully. weekend's menu includes beans & cornbread, and another day, boiled shrimp!
i think i'll take my bride to the casino if she wants - one of these times we may come home a big winner - lol.

turkey day is past - now to shop for christmas. i gotta spoil my grandson but he'll only be six months by then. what to get an infant ???

well the hunting trip was a bust.....seeing the brother's was great but no luck harvesting game. i missed my bride, daughter, and grandson like crazy ! the texas style chili i made disappeared in no time....next time i'll make it much hotter as to weed out the weaklings - lol. i was gonna make bisquits and chocolate gravy for one breakfast but didn't get around...

GOOD WEEKEND - got to see my grandson, went to the lake and let the dog run, saw my aunt and nephew, burnt some beef, hehehe. this week i must spend time with my bride - good times ahead. take care and have a great week !

meat sale @ local grocery chain starts tomarrow - yippee! gonna take the daughter and grandson. daughter hasn't returned to full time after materenity leave. so they could use the groceries. last weekend we visited
