my mother has been visiting this week. we've enjoyed spending time together. she has gotten to spend some time with her granddaughter and great grand son. she goes home thursday. i'm glad i am not alone living by myself like she is.

Well, they closed parts of 20, and I know several people here that had family stuck on the road. We ventured out to go to the store and Chad's truck hydrod several times, and the store isnt even a mile away. Also, Lufkin had tornadoes the other night. So we figured it would be safer to stay. I'm not sure when the last time Abilene had a white christmas. Ive only been here a year, so I have no idea. but I will ask someone for ya.
