I typed up a long fake story about a dream but then deleted it because it wasn't funny.

I don't actually remember my dreams for more than a few seconds after I wake up most of the time. The last dream I had that I actually remembered was in 2003. How do I remember the year, you ask? Because the dream was about a specific date.

In the dream, I was in Cheers. Yes, the bar from the TV show "Cheers," Cheers. Neither Diane nor Rebecca were present, nor were Woody or Coach, so this was not an era-specific dream episode.

So anyway, I was in Cheers, and some pompous rich asshole came in with a tramp on his arm and asked Sam for a bottle of the bar's finest wine. Sam asked, in his typical smarmy fashion, "Do you want the finest wine, or the FINEST wine?" imitating the pompous customer's voice. "The FINEST one," the customer replied, in an even more smarmy tone.

"Very well," said Sam, "I'll go into the cellar and get it for you."

When Sam left, Cliff launched into a little dissertation on the bottle Sam was going to go get. "Well, it's a little known fact, that this wine Sammy's fetching for you here, it was brewed by relatives of Nostradamus himself. When they bottled it, each bottle was tagged with a date, and it was said that the last of these bottles to be consumed would be marked with the correct date of the apocalypse." He paused here for dramatic effect, and then continued, "And it just so happens that the bottle Sammy's going to get for you is the last one."

Just then, Sam returned to the bar, bottle in hand. He held it out, and the date on it read "Dec 06 2003."

Then I woke up, and waited with nervous apprehension for December 6th. I thought there may have actually been something to it, since I never remember my dreams and this one was so vivid, and it ended right on the date like that. A few months later, the day passed and I didn't die. I should have known not to trust anything Cliff Claivin said.

I honestly haven't remembered a single dream since that day. Do any of my zero readers actually remember their dreams?

nah, i meant repertoire with the second definition:

repertoire ( P ) Pronunciation Key (rpr-twr)
n.
1. The stock of songs, plays, operas, readings, or other pieces that a player or company is prepared to perform.
2. The class of compositions in a genre: has excellent command of the chanteuse repertoire.
3. The range or number of skills, aptitudes, or special accomplishments of a particular person or group.

as in, the person requesting friendship and i have thoroughly explored the compositions of the "suicidegirls friend" genre. compositions such as showing sympathy, trading jokes, and commenting on the hotness of other SG's through the traded journal comments method.
