Finally.
The month from hell at work is over. We're now in our holiday maintenance freeeze, and it couldn't have come at a better time.
My new co-worker is worthless, though he's a really nice guy. Thankfully, the arrangement is coming at the time of year when I have the lightest workload, so I should be able to get through it. Hopefully I can get him up to speed by the time things pick back up.
In other news, I did not set myself on fire again this week. That's a string of 1627 consecutive weeks without doing so. If only our field techs could be so lucky. I've now had two set themselves on fire in the last few years at work.
