It has done nothing but rain here for the last three days, and according to reports, there's no end in sight. I've hit standing water on major roads the last two days on my commute. The beltway was shut down in places the other day. I haven't seen or heard of rain like this since reading the Bible.
With that in mind, I've decided to build an Ark. I don't have 40 days and 40 nights to accomplish this task like noah did, since I could be flooded out any day now. Thankfully, I hate animals, and have no desire to save them, so the ark I've designed is a bit more modest in stature. Here is the prototype I've come up with:
