i didn't say that every evil act was answered by 5 good ones. i said one person doing evil can have the impact of five people doing good.

because evil is a very powerful force.

that does no't create a logical imperative that because evil is powerful, you must engage in it.

but then again, if The Lord of The Rings is really amongst your favorite books, I would think this is not new to you.
