So with pole dancing comes a fair share of aces and pains. this is my newest one ripped off a bunch of my skin practicing a death drop. There is so often that at the end of a class I feel like I have been in a fight. Come to think of it its more like a fight club thing where I beat my self up.

I have had bruises from head to tow even once coming off with a blue eye when I fell off the pole onto my face. But I honestly believe it is all worth it. I have achieved so much I never thought my body could do. It has boosted my self contentious through the roof and has made me proud to be my self and to be a women. in only a few weeks I could invert ( go upside down). In six months i was doing intermediate tricks and now just over a year and a bit I am well on my way to being advanced.
