wow, that's a bargain! For that price, you're more than welcome to share my little shack in the woods, as you put it. If you're especially nice, I might even cook for you.

... but yeah, I'm taking it for granted also, I'm hoping the upcoming warmer weather will motivate me to get out and appreciate it fully.
