Well, yesterday I broke my own NO THEATERS rule and saw 28 DAYS LATER at the local movie/cattle yard, where I had the pleasure of paying $3.00 for a small soda that had less taste than a diabetic cookie.
The obligatory fire bucket of popcorn, of course.
The movie was great. Nice to see a real, no-nonsense, UNPLEASANT horror movie again. A number of clueless "date movie" couples were there and were squirming in their seats. Bonus score!
Go see this movie. Bring someone who really has the taste to appreciate a good fright film. Someone... infected with it.
