What the hell is it with this state? When people get behind the wheel of a car they turn into complete idiots… yes I said IDIOTS.

True Story:
Yesterday I left my apartment to do some running around, you know pay bills and what not.
While driving I noticed that the traffic was a little slow going under one of the stop lights and I noticed that the stop light was not working 100%.
All that was wrong was the little green arrow that points right was not working guessing it was burnt out. You would be shocked how much this little malfunction on the stop light reeked havoc on the street.
Now you would think people with common sense would think, OK my line of traffic has a green light and the oncoming traffic is stopped, so the green arrow would probably be lit now. If I slowly start to moving and start turning the on coming traffic will know that I’m about to turn.
NO THAT DOESN’T FUCKING HAPPEN IN TENNESSEE.
They go hmmmmm my lane has a red light, and the on coming traffic is moving but I think I can make it if I slam on the gas ROOOOMMM ERRRRRRT PHATOW.
Well after making my way past that wreck I did my running around and headed back home. Now note all my running around probably took me about 30 mins.
On my way home to travel back under that same stop light and I shit you not there were 5 crashes different crashes in that little area. The road was backed up for a mile.
My Solution
I think the USA need to implement a chart on the side of your car stating how many accidents you have been in so the other drivers have a good idea if how well you drive.
