Mood: ‘Nathan’s Theme’ From the Video Game “Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune” by Greg Edmondson

Week 4. A video game that you have spent the most of hours playing.

(Once again, thanks go to @fredhincanada for including me in on the festivities!)

I think It has been ever since Lara Croft was hounded by wolves in the original Tomb Raider that I have loved these kinds of games. I have played through most of the original series, so when the new guy, Nathan Drake, showed up I had to give Uncharted a whirl…

Hands down, for me, the better of the two franchises if for nothing more than the smart alec wise cracks Nate and Sully trade. Still, the storylines are good and engaging, and the game play so much fun!

I was disappointed in the movie, even though they tried hard. Some of it was like gameplay, and I might have been alright with Tom Holland as Drake, though he struck me as too young, but Mark Wahlberg as Sully??? Nope, didn’t’t work at all for me.

Of course, a short film had been made a few years before the movie, and that particular cast was perfection!! Watch and let me know your view… (the original wouldn’t let me post it here, so you get a reaction video…still, you can see it on YouTube yourself!)

Those are some great games.  And I would never have guessed they were your thing.  Cool.

@fredhincanada I haven’t done many other of these types of games, but am heavily into strategy games.
