I am shutting my self in for the night, im on a bunch of medication but some times the medication does not suffice. I am manic depressive and bipolar and have ptsd. I am not telling you this because i want pity, I am telling you this because you dont know me. tonight I am drinking and going to sleep as soon as I can. Sleep sometimes seems to be the most calm I can be.

I have bipolar, too. Sometimes, I have to lock myself up in my room. On those days I refer to myself as 'not fit for human consumption'. I recently went through a massive down spell. It was terrible. I slept through most of the days, was super irritable, and suicidal. I'm surprised I made it through without ending up back in the psych ward...
