Yesterday was a hard day it was the 3rd year anniversary of my mom passing away and Jan 30th always gets to me I just bascially stayed in my room all day and didn't do anything besides take my dogs to the dog park. AHHHHHH

For me its Dec28th and Jan 28th. My Mom and Dad. I think it made it easier for me when I started visiting the cemetary on those anniversaries. When I go I just sit down and talk to 'em. Believe it or not it really helps. I'm getting all that crying out at once. It does get easier.
