So, update time. My grandma is doing okay considering the circumstances. We know that this is it and are doing everything that we can to make her as comfortable as possible and give her as much love as we can. It sucks and is so hard but I am doing my very best to be strong and keep my chin up. Thats all that can really be done at this point. I have been going down to sonoma as much as I can just to help out around the house and hang with her. I love seeing my grandma. Its kind of difficult right now, she cant really talk to much because it sends her into coughing fits. Because of the congestive heart failure there is fluid that cant get pumped though the body backing up and filling her lungs so talking too much makes her cough pretty uncontrollably. The hard thing with that is that she has done so much for so many people and is so well loved that everyone wants to come by and see her and hang for awhile. I know that it makes her happy to see her friends but it taked a lot out of her as well. The edima in her legs is getting increasingly worse too (she is retaining a lot of water). She and I have talked a lot about whats to come and what the plan is with everything. It felt like a kick in the stomach when she told me that the one thing that she would really like to stick around for is to see me have a family. Its exactly how Ive been feeling but I didnt say anything before because I didnt want to bring it up. It just hit pretty hard to know that she and I were on the same page with that. She is the most amazing woman I have ever met.




In other news...I leave for Vegas tomorrow! Yay! Vacation time! (if you can really call vegas a vacation? there isnt must r&r going on...) Plane leaves at 8:30 tomorrow night and I come home sunday afternoon . So Happy!!! We are staying the the Wynn Encore. Seeing La Reve on friday and then Phantom of the Opera on saturday. Should be a blasty blast! I cant wait!!! Hopefully I wont come home too broke!!

I cannot stand Miley Cyris...need to put that out there right now. I did one of the facial celebrity recognition things a while back...my number one match was miley freakin cyris. ugh. Well some freinds and I went to SF for the day a couple weeks ago and went into a store on the pier that had autographed memorabilia...this is what the result of that store was...


It was 99cent saki bomb tuesday last tuesday..woot! here is myself, brett with two "t"s, and angilee with the plethora of saki boms...thats just round one...


And I was making some bacon wrapped serrano poppers the other day..yummo...sixxer+bacon=awesome!!


A few of us went out to Bislas on new years eve...crazy fun!! Hammered!!


Wish me luck in Vegas guys! Maybe Ill come home hella rich...but I definitly dont want to come home with a carlos...
