Overall a shitty day.

I really fucked up dinner. I take pride in my cooking, and to screw up a meal, it's very shameful.

also, my girlfriend of five years may be leaving me.

It's funny when you put all this effort into a nice v-day and it's derailed by illness. Of course then that just means you have to be able to adapt quickly, and being an excellent cook makes things easier. So to sum up, v-day good, just no v.

I'm curious if anyone actually reads this thing. If so, please let me know.

So I've been battling this insomnia thing. Literally every other night I cannot sleep. It's nice on the nights I do sleep because it's really deep and I wake up refreshed. Now I need to figure out how to sustain that. It's probably work stress, money stress (my tax return does not produce as big a refund as I'd hoped) and relationship stress.

So I searched high and low yesterday and managed to find a minimally religious Baptism card. I'm proud of my self.

So the birthday wasn't that bad - dinner with friends, a little strip tease and a nice story about my girlfriends recent encounter with a girl friend of hers, over all, a good night.

Birthdays suck. The big one was last year, now it's all downhill, right?

Random thought, filling out the profile is harder than I thought. When do you think about your favorite bands, movies, etc....
