Yea, its a long road from here to there. And its a walk that you're going to take alone. But you're walking down a street in late summer. Its in the country somewhere, between one big bright city to the next...bnut there its nice and dark and there ar ebig hedges on either side of you, so you can't see nuthin' but a black wall impersionation done by plants that moonlight as cartoon character hedges at Disney World. So you take a look up in the night sky and see all those stars and at first you think you're like them, really fucking alone, but then look again. THose things are so beautiful, and even though each one of those stars are loads of light years away from the next, they all manage to come out and shine an the same time and coordinate themselves. ANd they'll always be out there every night to taunt you, laugh at your minor place in the universe, and then inspire you by their commitment to be out there every nite...and show you the way to the next stop...
