I destroyed everybody at bowling Saturday night. Not much of a suprise there. 
Sunday we enjoyed the weather with a little impromptu cookout with a small group of friends, good times and some good food.
Yesterday was my last day of drinking (at least for a while) and smoking (hopefully for good). I only had a couple of mild cravings today, but was able to avoid actually having a cigarette so I have prevailed one day at work. Lets see how it goes when things get stupid.
The reason for jumping on the wagon is becuase on Wed. I start boxing. Not same lame ass Billy Blanks crap either, the guy doing the training is the number 1 amatuer boxer in GA (in his weight class) and he's staying amatuer until the 2008 Olympics in hopes of making the team.
If the rain holds off, totally going swimming.
If you like dj stuff, check out Scratch, it's under the free movies section and there is a part of the tour stuff on the concert section. Hot stuff. Jazzy Jay, Z-Trip, Mix Master Mike and the X-ecutioners rip it up on the concert one. The documentary has Q-bert and other crazy ass dj's killin' it.
