I have dated co-workers with not too much difficulty, but just keep in mind that if she's remotely cute, every other guy she works with has probably already hit on her. I hate that shit. Just keep being nice and wait for a sign.

if she has a beau, and you approach her, things get awkward at work. and if rumours and comments fly at your office like they do around here, you're in trouble.
if she doesn't have a beau, but she's not interested, repeat scenario.
if she doesn't have a beau, and she digs you too, things will go great while they go great, but if they end, you're stuck in an awkward situation all over again.
but then again, she could be the fabled "one" and then things will work out perfectly until one of the higher ups hears about it, and one of you are forced to leave the company.
you might want to check on your office policy on dating within the company. just a thought.
