Been fairly full on since my update.
Got A call on monday from a rather nice lady Serana I met on the weekend. We had a good chat and arranged to meet at a party on saturday.
Tuesday found a Suzuki 1200 bandit on ebay for a bargain price, put in a bid. Was winning when i last looked.
Wednesday Sucked Big Time. Finally got in touch with a guy that owed me money had a big shit fight about money etc. Finally he paid
arsehole.
after which I got a phone call from my maye Alida. She Broke some bad news too me. My Mate Scotie had a passed away in his sleep on monday. He's a really good bloke used to go skiing, partying and 4x4 with him. Going to miss him.
Thursday made quick plans for a flight to melbourne as the funeral was on friday. texted Serana letting her know I was not going to make it. Got no reply.
After an early start made it too melle. There was an awsome turn out at the funeral 200-300 people. His close family and friends made some good speechs. Got us all laughing and crying. Apartantly he turned up at his school formal with 6 dates. Lucky bugger.
The Wake was at his parents place got to catch up with a lot of old friends. Things started to get messy. So I left to get some much needed sleep.
Saturday was a bit of a frantic catch up session. Also turns out I won the auction on ebay. All I had to do was find $3900 that I do not have. OOpsss. Where's that credit card.
Monday back to brissie. Gave Serana a call. No reply and she did not call back
Thursday finally pulled the money out of the credit card account to buy the bike. Went around was met by this huge bikie dude. GULP!! The bike looked really good. Then I noticed the frame was bent. Then noticed the plastic's had all the lugs broken off, hole in the tacho, cracked fairing etc. I walked away. have not heard from ebay. phew! went to have a look at another bike from the trading post was a bit rough. Was about to leave it when he said would I like to test ride the bike. Fuck yea!!!! He led the way on another bike and I followed this guy did not hang about. In no time we were blasting down the back roads at 100-220kph a 5 minute blat turned into a 30 minute blast think we both had fun. He said he would like to go out riding with me again even if I did not buy the bike. Which is good as its hard to find people who can ride fast safely.
Hopefully this week shall result in a motor bike.
Still think about Scotie going to miss him.
