Mow everything. Even the flower beds missing pretty plants. Wipper snip everything that needs doing. Weed kill everything else thats not surposed to be there. Any garden waste, take for a walk in the night and deposit in other peoples bins. Buy several bags of mulch cover flower beds. Cost fuck all, looks a million bucks.
IF you really want to impress buy a few shitty plants and chuck them too.
Place all garden junk in large pile in middle of garden. old push bikes 220 milk crates, bits of old cars etc.
The night before the inspection chuck all said junk over into the neigbours garden. They will not throw it back until they return from work on monday night. By which stage the inspection has been done and you have your bond back.
