i've been going out with my bf for 2 and a half years now, and i have a basic idea of who he's slept with before me. i was a virgin when i met him, so i don't really want to think about it. somewhere along the way we decided that its not worth it to talk about old relationships, so if it comes up in conversation we just say to each other "oh no you were a virgin when we met, remember?" and laugh. it bothers me just talking about it.
i met him shortly after he moved to manitoba, from newfoundland (on the east coast) so i've only ever met 1 of his exes, but i know he wants to take me to nfld. and i'll meet more of them. hes still friends with a lot of them. its rough... you have to try to just not think about it.
at least the guy you met was a loser, no worries that she still thinks about him. the ex i met was a model! she was very good looking and cool. its hard to not get jealous and uncomfortable.
but like soporific and beta said, it means i'm still passionate about him, and he's with me, not cool model girl.
