I don't know what to say or how to feel
On monday I was told my couson Aaron had been shot whilst out in Afghanistan
He went out too far of his area and a sniper shot him in the head, apparently they always go for the important looking ones as he was an officer
I feel sick, I keep getting upset and thinking about how it must have happened and then shacking my head and thinking its all a big joke and hell come back for christmas.
The worst thing is its all over the news, my brother isn't dealing with it too well, we sat saturday night whilst the news chanels played it over and over, as the night went on they added a photo. I can't get a grip on it

He was a kind beauty person and never had a bad word to say about anyone, I remember sitting in his bedroom as teenagers playing computer games and always going to his local rugby matches in the cold!
They flew his body home yesterday, all im grateful for is our family having a body to pay our respects to, some familys don't even get that.
It was only a few years ok me and me ex went to his celebration party when he got into sandhurst.
I am so so proud of him, this is alls he wanted to do for a long time, and he helped so many people
He died fighting a war that isnt ours to fight, but he died with honor and what short life he had, he lived fully

I feel for you here. I wish I new what to say to make you feel better but that's not the case. Remember him for the man he was. Keep those memory's that made you happy.
