i just finished watching this movie:
(rhetorical question warning) how much do i love werewolf movies?
oh man, werewolves are so fucking cool!!!
i went DVD crazy on friday when pants and i realized that we apparently had absolutely nothing to do. for about fifty bucks i got:
DOG SOLDIERS (the werewolf movie)
X-MEN 1
X-MEN 2
SHOCK AND AWE (henry's new spoken word excursion)
i forgot how fucking cool X-MEN 2 is. i only saw it in the theater and for some reason, never got around to seeing it again.
i really need to set a date for the horror movie slumber party, but i keep forgetting... so miss granny needs to think about when i will finally see her again so i can plan this damned thing. and we can throw down horror movie style! here are some of the flicks i want to watch:
city of the living dead
the hills have eyes
spider baby
prince of darkness
***
oh yeah! the next six months are gonna be filled with working my ass off at the shop, drawing comics, watching horror movies, dancing, going to shows and drawing more comics!!!
but for now, i gotta get back to designing my mom's website. i hate websites. i hate designing them. i hate thinking about them. we'll see how it goes, i want to finish it all tonight, so i can spend tomorrow night into tuesday night (my birthday) drawing comics.
when i turned 21, instead of going out to drink (which is really a silly thing to do if you don't drink at all); i sat at my coffee table and drew comics for 22 hours. it was glorious.
i don't know if i'm capable of that energy right now, but i'd love to be drawing monday night/tuesday morning at midnight, when it is officially my birthday. it's a symbolic thing. that's all. i want to start my 24th year off knowing full well what i'm doing.
oh, and incidentally someone should come up with something fun for us to do on tuesday night for the whole birthday thing...

I miss you guys too. I'm going to try my best to be at club on Saturday night.
And as for the slumber party, I certainly hope it will occur sometime before the camping trip, because my ability to request days or times off after that becomes rather limited.
