up-date on my back..
well, i went to the doctor today, and reviewed the results from my M.R.I. from last week. i have a few bulging disks in my lower spine.. and a disk that slips out. he said i could pick up a fork, or even caugh/sneeze and i could throw my back out. the thing to do he said is work on my abs to help support my back because i just have to much of a week spine. he told me i cant work anywhere as the same job i have been doing in the past few years, and that i need to start looking into a "desk job", and no more skateboarding...... this is really bumbing me out, cause, my work ethic has to change, and i have to learn how to pretty much, be a different person... so good bye labor/hard worker jeremy, and hello piece of shit boring job, no money jeremy......

my dads going through the same shit right now... the disks in his back slip atleast once every couple of years. he sneezed the other night and almost cried.
