Oh gosh, where to begin...
Thank fuck I am going on vacation in about 8 hours. I will be up in Pemberton, BC hiking in the mountains forgetting about all of the shitty things that have happened this week. The only bad thing is that I might get mauled by a bear. I bought this bear spray stuff that is supposed to stop them, but I think it will just make it more furious. I think it's just really strong pepper spray. Hopefully I point it the right way, otherwise I will just be that much more delicious to the bear. Like a pepper steak.
This whole hurricane thing has me seriously bummed. I'm not going to say "poor me, I am so sad" because people are homeless, dead, dying, and helpless and I have a bed to sleep in and food in the house. I just can't believe what is going on down there. The way the people are shooting at rescue workers, raping women and children, starting fires, etc. It is just utter chaos. And it took the feds 5 fucking days to get their act together and get shit down there.
I deal with industrial safety supplies for my job, and I have had to talk to some of these people, and they are decimated.
Anyway, I am going to forget about all of it and go to the mountains. If I don't post by Thursday, a bear has eaten me. Avenge me.
