Been a while between posts so i thought Id better contribute. About 3 weeks ago I went down to the mornington peninsula to get some snaps but alas it was not to be. The weather went shit and found out one of my friends sister overdosed on heroin so I had to head back and do the good friend support thing. So with the weather warning stating 50knot winds, rain, hail and lightning, I decided to head back. Yes i did get wet, blown, iced and drowned by Mother Nature but the truth be told i actually enjoyed it. I love wind and not just a gentle sea breeze but cyclonic wind. The stronger the better. Ive always had the notion that it helps clean off the negative baggage thats hanging around me and after being in strong wind i can honestly say i feel better. It may seem weird or crazy but thats how i feel. So ive posted some of the better ones below.
ALso ive got a job interview for a position in Brisbane this week as an environmental ocnsultant dealing primarily with fauna and hopefully expanding into pest management. I applied for the job about 7 months ago and got a call out of the blue about it last week. Even though im already employed in Melbourne i wouldnt mind getting the Queensland job and even though theres an element of fear surrounding the move, I think it could be a step in the right direction. If it isnt, at least i can say i tried. Enjoy the pics
