hey dudes,

well were do i start, first off went to the physio again on friday and he said that i'm making progress which is good news.
he also told me what was wrong with my shoulders, i have a thing called "sprengel's shoulder" what this means is that my shoulder joints never went in to were they should have.
and they never gave me any problems when i was a kid, but now i'm pushing 30 man are they giving me some shit.
so i've got to get my head around the fact i'm going to have to do physio or a number of years yet

on a more positive note me and donz went to a local gig on friday, saw a few bands one of which i had'nt head before called,
"circus act" man they were so good.
kinda metal core with a bit of emo thrown in, bit like "the hurt process"
the main band we went to see were a band from brighton called "abandon ship" hard core to the bone..

i think were off to southend this weekend for some more tattoo's, so want my arm finished but i have loads of hours left yet, i have some pics of the project so far under tattoo's in my pics folder.
