hey dudes, on a bit of a downer today.
the reason for this is my shoulders are fucked up . i'll quickly run through why..

i've always had this problem were they kinda slope forward, never thought anything of it untill now. now they give me so much shit its unreel.

i went to the doctors about two months ago and he sent me to physio.
had my first one the other day, there is a name for what i've got but dont ask me to spell it cos i cant even say the damn name...

he gave me a few exercises to do which kill, i have to build up the muscles in my shoulders cos in his words "the muscle in that area are shot to bits"
its going to take along time but its got to be better than what i have to put up with at the moment.

donz say's i look fine as i am, but you know when something upsets you that much it dont matter what people say. it does get me down but it could be a lot worse, my healths still cool..

so in two weeks im having some more of my tattoo done on my arm, which always makes me feel better.

right got that off my chest time for a cuppa..... shit sun no fucking tea
